Yes. The preferred model can be indicated when requesting the quote; availability is confirmed for the service date.
How many suitcases fit in each vehicle?
Each vehicle card lists its luggage capacity. If there are extra suitcases, it is best to mention it when requesting the quote so the right vehicle is assigned.
Can child seats be requested?
Yes, on request and subject to confirmation. It is best to indicate the age and number of children when booking.
Are the vehicles suitable for mountain routes?
For Andean routes such as Cotopaxi or Quilotoa, SUVs are recommended, assigned according to the itinerary and availability.
How often are the vehicles inspected?
