Which payment methods do you accept and how is the booking made?
We accept credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. To confirm your booking, you only need to make a 50% deposit; the remaining balance is paid on the day of the service.
For certain high-end vehicles, the booking requires full payment in advance. Our team will inform you of the applicable terms and help you coordinate your booking.
How long does a chauffeur tour last?
The tour duration is completely flexible and adapts to your preferences. You can book the service by the hour, half day, full day or several days, with the freedom to choose the destinations, stops and the time you want to spend at each place.
Can the plan change during the day?
Yes. Our private tours give you the freedom to adjust stops, destinations and schedules during the trip, as long as the changes are feasible, safe and within the contracted time.
Can the chauffeur recommend places to visit during the trip?
Yes. Your chauffeur can recommend places of interest, restaurants and lodging based on your destination and preferences. If you would like a bilingual tour guide, we can include one as an additional service in your quote.
Are entrance fees and meals included?
The service includes a private vehicle with a professional chauffeur, exclusive to you and your group. Entrance fees to tourist sites, meals and activities are not included and are paid directly at each establishment.

Our private tours depart mainly from Quito and Guayaquil, although we can also arrange departures from other cities in Ecuador.
Your chauffeur will pick you up at your hotel or the agreed address and, at the end of the service, will take you back or to the destination you set in advance.
