JC Travel VIP, with offices in Quito, Ecuador, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website and through its booking channels.
2. Data collected
When a quote is requested or a service is booked, the following may be collected:
- Name, email address and phone number
- Travel details: dates, pickup and drop-off points, flight numbers and number of passengers
- Company details, if the booking is made on behalf of an organization
- Any additional information included in the message
3. How data is used
Data is used only to respond to the request, prepare the quotation, organize and deliver the service, issue invoices and, where consent has been given, send occasional communications about the services.
4. Legal basis
Data is processed to take steps at the request of the person concerned before entering into a contract, to perform the contracted service, to comply with legal obligations and, where applicable, on the basis of consent.
5. Sharing of data
Personal data is not sold. It is shared only with the chauffeur assigned to the service and with providers strictly necessary for its delivery, such as booking or payment systems and, where the service requires it, third-party suppliers (for example helicopter operators or guides), under confidentiality obligations.
6. Retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary to provide the service and to comply with accounting and tax obligations. Data used for communications is kept until consent is withdrawn.
7. Rights
Access to, correction or deletion of personal data can be requested, as well as objection to its processing or withdrawal of consent at any time, by writing to the email below.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are applied to protect data against loss, misuse or unauthorized access.

This website uses essential cookies to function correctly, such as the one that remembers the selected language. The contact forms use Google reCAPTCHA and the contact page map uses Google Maps, services that may process technical data (such as the IP address) under Google’s own policies. If analytics or marketing cookies are used in the future, consent will be requested first.
